Butterfly Express Essential Oil Rubs

I hope you are all staying well during this time of uncertainty.  I wanted to share some of my favorite products with you.  I just discovered Butterfly Express Rubs.  They are wonderful and so soothing.  I purchased the Exhale rub at the beginning of the Cornovirus scare just to have it on hand.  One of my kids ended up with a cold, so instead of using Vicks Vapo Rub, I used Exhale.  The first time I put it on her, she asked if I could dilute it, because of the menthol crystals, it does have a cooling effect.  She did ask for it the next night though because she said it helped.  It is an amazing rub to use on the chest for the common cold. While it is safe for children,  please take into consideration the cooling effect.

Deliverance - A Potent Antiviral and Antibacterial Essential Oil

 If you have been following my blog, you know that Aspire is one of my favorite Butterfly Express Essential Oils and one that I make sure I have for the winter season.  I decided to branch out and try Deliverance, one of the most potent antiviral and antibacterial essential oils that Butterfly Express sells.   Deliverance is a great oil to have on hand during those cold winter months when colds and the flu seem to spread more.  Deliverance contains a mixture of some of the most potent antiviral and antibacterial essential oils that have a wide range of uses such as soaking the family toothbrushes to kill off germs.   I am a little bit curious to know if it will kill Coronavirus but have yet to find any information on its effectiveness against Coronavirus. Anyone know?

Butterfly Essential Oils for the Cold Season

My youngest was coughing all through the night and congested with a miserable head cold. This was right during the soccer season, so of course, on the field, she could barely run due to not being able to breathe. She was absolutely miserable and of little help to her soccer team.  I was desperate to help her find relief.  During the nights I would put a stinky rag around her neck, a little trick I learned from my mom.  The stinky rag includes Vicks vapor rub and rubbing alcohol poured on to it then pinned around her neck.   This is great at opening up airways during the night, but who wants to walk around with a stinky rag around their neck during the daytime.
