Here is a fun and challenging holiday crossword puzzle. A great activity to have students build vocabulary and learn about the Thanksgiving holiday. One suggestion for use in elementary classes would be to have students complete as many as they can on their own and then work together or allow the use of reference materials. Younger students may find the word bank helpful.
