Babylon Takes Over Again (605 - 561 bce)
After Ashurbanipal died, the Assyrian empire also died. Assyria's enemies, the Babylonians took over. This chapter is about King Nebuchadnezzar and his hanging gardens.
If you are familiar with the Bible, you will recognize Nebuchadnezzar as the one who had the sons of Judah captured and put to work in his kingdom. Daniel was one of those sons, he refused to eat and drink the food that King Nebuchadnezzar had given him because of a covenant he had made to only eat certain foods. It was also this same Daniel that interpreted the kings dream and who was thrown into the lions den.

My children made little puppets and taped them to the end of a pencil an then they put on a little play about how the hanging gardens came to be. You could also use something like this: Daniel 3D board.
